NatWest as a banking organisation is terrible, 100% would not recommend. Been with NatWest over 5 years and have nothing but constant issues. Lets not forget about how the staff at this branch do not have 'Diversity and Equality' training and where they discriminate against members of the bank for just changing personal details. In which, they give you 60 to make up for the discrimination, once reported. Constant phone calls for 'health checks' on your account and when you refuse to have one, they give you a abuse over the phone. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this bank treats their clients.
