Was going in to find a seat with my family and my grandmother was in a wheelchair. We were moving to the end of the cafe when i employee said employees should be priority when walking though the cafe. I was so shocked that any employee would be so rude to customers, especially someone in a wheelchair who would have issue to move out of their way. We were so upset that we turned round to leave. I turned back to check on mum pushing my grandmother in the wheelchair to see two employees passing plates over my grandmothers head. Its very lucky none of it dropped on her head as she could have been injured. Its disgusting the lack of respect the staff have for customers.

Will not be eating there again,had a breakfast and everything was cold,

Food was poor was like it had been cooked hrs before hand n left under heat lights too long member of staff that served us basically threw the plates on the table customer service poor athough the price was cheap
