        , I bought an 18ct gold necklace + pendant from the auction, turned out to be 9ct, a lot of aggravation getting my money back, finally had to threaten them with small claims court to get a p refund,I was still out about 40, took 6 months, also beware their postal charges start from 25 thats for a stamped envelope, also checkout their yearly accounts, they dont make any profits, very strange.

        A brilliant online auction experience!!! My Lot was very well packed and rapidly despatched by Special Delivery. Friendly and efficient staff too. I use a number of Auction Houses for purchases and Gerrards are amongst the best!

        Friendly efficient collection. Good prices on the lots I had submitted and good communication from the Team. Nice easy location if you wish to attend as I did a relaxed viewing as well a live online auction coverage and bidding which was simple and easy to access.
