Regent Court is the premier playground for DIY enthusiasts where the hammering and drilling never stops. Poor soundproofing means that you never miss a beat. Shift workers and retirees will find their sanity tested day by day as their lives fall apart due to another DIYers unnecessary vanity project. There is no time off. Day by day, year by year, you would think the resident's projects would finish but they don't. Regent Court Management to their credit put up notices trying to keep it within reasonable hours but people who work standard work hours are not let off the hook as this is ignored by many as yet another wretched demonic entity decides to join in the neverending percussive symphony. This place is unfit for human habitation and anyone who sells or rents a flat out with the intention of someone living there needs to ask themselves whether this is really the moral thing to do. It's time to give up on using this as a residential block and let it be officially marketed by its true purpose, a theme park for people to hammer and drill and bang and scrape to their hearts content at all times of the day, constantly and eternally. Thank God I'm out of there, I wouldn't wish that place on my worst enemy.
