        Been going here for a few years now and really enjoy it. I had to have major surgery 2 years ago, Nikki and Jess were amazing at easing me back into the studio. I would highly recommend trying something new

        Amazing studio! Really good classes with professional, knowledgable and friendly instructors. Offer a range of levels so you can always find a class that fits. Feel like you fit in straight away

        Best. Decision. You. Will. Make. Honestly, so happy I decided to take the plunge and try the foundation class after saying for years I wanted to try pole/aerial. I didnt know anyone in the classes at first so was really nervous, but it was a total non issue. The girls are great instructors and its such a nice environment to learn a new skill and get a really good workout!
