This company are con artists. They also run Patient Services Ltd and I strongly advise you read the Trustpilot reviews before entering into a contract with anyone who has anything to do with this company and its directors Cherry Wilkinson and Raymond Ingleby.

Initially invested with this company for advertising with a start up date a few months after my investment. It is now five months in past the start date, and there has not been any publication of my investment with their services as a small company one must think why would I invest with somebody That promised they start up date and still not produce paperwork or any kind of advertisement client in five months. Ive tried reaching out for refunds. I get the runaround of you have one year of services. My dilemma is if you pay for something you should get the product in a reasonable time, I have received multiple emails stating that theyre going through final stages of approvals and printing being five months late of their targeted printed date. I have tried emailing and calling. There is no voicemail to the company that I have noticed. I just want my money back and theyre not giving it. I was told it will be printed and in the hotels on a certain date and we are five months late now still no printed.

You can call yourself guest services, patient services, or any other name. We are on your big scam. Taking money from small businesses with nothing in return.
