Unable to put in correct amount of hours into the box , put in 7.5 hours and it defaults to say max hours is 2 , thats pretty poor in my book, Sent an email no reply, sent another tonight so hopefully they will reply, Bearing in mind I have just read the reviews. lol

As per other comments. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not only have danbro incorrectly processed multiple payslips and timesheets leading to late pay during my employment. Now I am on maternity leave, I have had to chase my SMP every single week, with late payments, incorrect amounts and continued failed promises from their team that this issue is been resolved. This has caused me major stress during a time that I should not be thinking about work, now 7 weeks into maternity leave and the issues still continue, I am still not being paid my SMP on time and have to chase and complain every week. I will not be using Danbro as my umbrella when I return to work, and I would recommend those considering using them to avoid.

Awful service from Danbro, the way I have been treated is like I owe them something. I will never be back and I will certainly not recommend Danbro to anyone else. I know its not the whole company but the leadership should come from the top.

If there is an option to put no star at all that will be my option, as early as now, don't settle with this umbrella company, they cant even explain the charges, and they don't even care. Felt like being ripped off, not good at all
