Thanks to Anne-Marie, I have really been able transform myself and can finally feel free again. Before I felt so uninspired and demotivated but now I feel so ready to take on anything. Anne-Marie really listens and adapts her sessions to individual need. As a therapist myself, I'm not the easiest of people to respond to or 'let go' in a session for my own good. I tend to overthink, overcompensate and over analyse treatments and struggle to 'switch off'. Anne-Marie combined group sessions and tailored my 1:1 specifically to my needs which fostered trust and removed my barriers. She exceeds with great skill, experience and adaptability. I highly recommend her services

Today I had my first session with Anne Marie and I am so excited to start my journey on working on my self development with the help of her guidance! I have tried things such as counselling in the past and have felt really bored and patronised, but Anne Maries energy and interest in me and my healing has made me even more excited to start my journey. It especially helps that it is completely different from counselling, in the sense that we had an in depth conversation which didnt result me in feeling patronised, but rather, like Im talking to a caring friend who knows how to get to the crux of a problem with her expertise. The hypnotherapy session took me by surprise, as I tend to get distracted and fidget a lot, but I have honestly never been so relaxed and tranquil. Lovey environment, so relaxing and I felt so calm; Im really looking forward to so seeing her again!
