From the session that I had with Amy I found her easy to talk to and open. Our discussion time was very relaxed and comfortable. Amy helped me to articulate what I was feeling and provided reassurance and affirmed those feelings I had were normal and walked me through a process which led me to understand myself better. I really enjoyed my time with her and I would definitely recommend her.

Reaching out to a therapist was a big step for me, initially I was unsure of how therapy would benefit me. Amy made me feel safe and comfortable from my first session. I still cannot believe the change in my mindset since I started my sessions with her, she has provided me with all the tools to manage my day to day thinking and I feel far more equipped to deal with my emotions in a healthy way. I cannot recommend her enough. I''m truly grateful for how life has changed for the better since finding Amy, she has helped me unpack things I didn't even know I was carrying around with me. 5 star all the way. Amys the best. She takes the time to scratch beneath the surface and focus you on whats important to you. You dont even have to have the questions. Shell work them out and help with the answers. Shes very understanding and is great at unpacking what can appear to be a nightmare. Highly recommended.
