Ive never been one to go to the gym or stick to an exercise regime, so my friends are amazed that Ive been doing Bexs classes on a daily basis for almost a year now. Every session is different and with this variation Im getting an all-over body workout, not only can I can see the results but I feel so much more energised! Bex imparts her knowledge of the anatomy along with exercise techniques with reassurance and humour. She has built a great community of women who are juggling busy lifestyles and who value the importance of making time for their fitness and wellbeing. Its the best way to start the day!

Rebecca currently trains me 121, and has been doing so for over the last two years. I met her originally for post natal recovery after my first pregnancy after a traumatic birth. Rebecca did a thorough skeletal check (never knew how much the female body changes!). Not only did Rebecca train me physically, she coached and advised on my diet giving realistic nutritional advice for a busy breastfeeding mum! I highly recommend Rebecca for her dedication to continue learning in her field but also help so many women out post natally. I since had a second baby and with Rebecca's help, I have recovered quickly and in great physical form now. Rebecca continues to change her coaching and training plan to my needs at the time. Can't thank her enough!

The Thrive morning workouts have been a revelation and doing them has had a really positive impact on my life. Bex, is a brilliant trainer. Super sunny first thing, jam packed full of energy, enthusiastic and incredibly motivational. We are kept on our toes and pushed hard which is perfect for busy mums. Thrive has set off a chain reaction of small wins that will make a significant impact on my life. The biggest impact has been on my mental health. I was late to discover the benefits of exercise and was probably most active and fit in my late twenties and early thirties. This went out the window after my son was born. Now I feel like I am slowing getting back to a level of activity that counts. The 7am start has been surprising easy to to integrate into our busy family/ work life. Im not a morning person and our mornings could be fraught as we rushed to get out the door to work and school on time but now I get up early to do the class, feel far better for not pressing snooze and we all seem to have enough time to get ready, stress free. I go to bed at a reasonable hour to prepare for thrive so now I am in a better sleep routine and less tired in the day. I have found space to start cycling again to increase my fitness. I think more about what I eat and strive to make healthier meal choices and take healthy lunches rather than shop buy. I like that my son sees me exercising as a normal part of everyday life and hope it will feel natural for him to be active too. Thanks Bex.

If I had to describe Bex......A life changing, force of nature! I have just finished the March "Thrive' and have just signed up to continue in April! I have never learnt so much in such a short space of time - this isn't just an 'exercise class' or a 'diet', this is knowledge, power, support, community, taking control while being supported by the most wonderful bunch of woman with Bex leading the way! Getting up everyday and having such a positive start to the day has been such an eye opener - it has made me a better parent, partner and person. I am more productive in our business and I feel like my limits are endless. Another big thing for me is I'm not the best chef....I can now say that I can cook and I enjoy being in the kitchen. We eat so much better and have eaten some amazing food. More importantly to me is that our five year old now eats better and is trying different foods. I feel healthy, stronger and more confident.....and it's only been four weeks! Bex has endless energy, compassion and knowledge and she is absolutely the person you need in your life!
