Great reflexology session with Sarah. Very knowledgeable and professional, she was able to identify the areas I have issues with during the massage and I could feel the benefits lasting for a good few days after the appointment.

Sarah is so wonderful. I went to her for reflexology and Indian head massage. You can tell its making a difference while also feeling very relaxed. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain the things she did or noticed during the treatment afterward. Im looking forward to my next session with her!

I had a wonderful session with Sarah who I found to be warm, welcoming and very gifted. I left my session feeling very supportive and with a new release of energy and easing of pain that other treatments have not offered. I will be going back to see her many times again in the future.

Ive really enjoyed my sessions with Sarah - for me reflexology is a great way to compliment other therapies, and has really helped where traditional medicine hasnt been able to resolve problems. I fully recommend Sarah - she is very good at listening and understanding what the body needs, she is clearly a gifted healer.

I had a wonderful pregnancy massage with Sarah this morning. It was exactly what I needed at 38 weeks pregnant to reset and relax into maternity leave before baby arrives!
