These ladies are amazing. Faced with refurbishing my flat remotely prior to sale with no good local contacts for contractors, I luckily found them. They arranged for total redecoration, new carpets and support for electrical work for me. They are bright and buzzy, super organised, their services are very cost effective and so efficient. I could not have sold my flat without them!

Michelle and Olivia are an absolutely fantastic team, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Theyre always very responsive, have helped with the few issues that arose with the property quickly and efficiently, and are lovely to work with. They clearly care about the property and know it very well, and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is looked after.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences of your life and that is because of the attachment we have to our homes and things in it that have memories. Olivia gets that. We didnt know if we shown rent or sell our home? She helped us through all the options and even found us the right buyer during a time when the real estate market was imploding (thank you Liz). We left England for America and needed to ruthlessly declutter and prepare for an international move. What goes in the 12 suitcases we take in the plane? What goes in the 5 boxes of airfreight and what do we put on a boat and not see for 6 months?? . My head was spinning and my heart was breaking to leave London and Olivia and her team swooped in and brought order and peace in a time my head was spinning and my heart was breaking. Everyone needs an Olivia during a move.

Michelle and Olivia are the best team. They worked with us the whole way, from initial property viewing to final checkout. Michelle really helped us learn about the community and made us feel welcome in our new London home. We couldn't have asked for nicer or more responsive property managers.
