        Worst experience ever in Blackheath and I have lived here for over 20 years. These are the events as I experienced. Let me tell you. I went to Bianco's just for a pizza on way back from work on a Friday evening. Had been once before and OK. This time I ordered their Siciliana pizza and apple juice. I was not brought anything and completely ignored; after 40 minutes with a bottle of water and glass (they provide) I enquired about the order and there was some hesitation. Apparently they were just starting the pizza so I admit I was upset (and hungry) and made to leave outlining their poor service. The waitress, who obviously had no training in waitressing nor manners, replied "I don't care" and when I said "I beg your pardon?" added "come then...just leave". So here I was being told by a young waitress after 45 minutes without even seeing the order... When I asked to speak to the manager I was pointed to one of the pizza chefs on the right. He continued making his pizza and I don't think he even understood what I was talking about. At that point I definitely left. So much for trying a pizza at Bianco on my way home. I hope you have better luck...by the way one star is too much.
