This is a good studio at which to either start doing Pilates or to continue if you are experienced, there is a session to suit everyone. Classes are small & the instructors are enthusiastic & knowledgeable. Other participants are friendly & there is a good mix of abilities.

A wonderful comprehensive Pilates studio with excellent staff who look after you, and classes that attend to Your fitness or rehabilitation, and allow you to practice/move in a safe and motivating environment! Highly recommended

The online pilates class with Galina was the best way to start the week. The exercise were easy to follow under her careful directions and in the same time challenging.

The virtual lesson worked really well. I was able to see the teacher and follow all the exercises. They were clearly explained and at the same time anyone needing help with a movement could be corrected. The class itself was excellent and led by a very experienced teacher I thoroughly recommend it
