I would highly recommend the staff of this branch for their professional attitude and care in helping me to find the right property. The people who stood out for me were the sales representative Adam Priscak and Shania Montagne Longue . Adam was very knowledgeable about the area and his properties despite the fact that he started to work for this branch not a long time ago. He provided tips and advice on potential for each property we saw. Shania is an office coordinator at Blackheath office. She took great care of me while I was there by sharing information about the area and making a nice coffee for me. I would recommend this Foxtons office for anyone looking to rent a place in Blackheath and its environs. Seamus and Hafsa took a hands-on approach during my house search. Seamus was patient and able to recommend various properties to me, considering that I had a dog. I ultimately had to look in a different area but I will definitely recommend Seamus to any potential tenants and even landlords in the area. He would advocate for you, show you the best places and communicate in an effective manner. Thanks Seamus and Hafsa!!!

I got locked out my flat and my property manager Harry Fox was not answering as usual. Luckily the landlady although in a completely different part of the country was able to give me the Foxtons Blackheath office number to try. I called and explained the situation. I spoke to Samantha Wilson from the sales team and she was an absolute angel and went the extra mile to help me. I couldnt go to the office myself as I was still in my pyjamas in the cold with little phone battery, didnt know the location of the office either. Samantha was able to come to the property and open the door for me. She was very quick as well. She literally saved the day. I would like to thank her for her help, I dont know what I wouldve done without her. Thank you so much Samantha!
