Highly recommend Kershaws as an agent to either buy or sell or both. A local family run company with a personal touch that, as they advertise, is based on working with real people and their homes. We felt like we had a real partner in the journey and weren't just another notch on a belt for a monthly sales target. They were genuinely committed to finding us the right home to buy and the right sale to make our chain work -- not an easy task in a desirable area of London! With deep roots in the community Kershaws always had the inside track and were thoughtful and proactive about match-making and chaperoning parties through the process following sale/ purchase agreement.

They seem poorly organised. As a buyer I sent mutiple mails and tried to call to book a viewing but didn't manage to get any contact. When I did manage to get through by phone a few days later the house had "just been sold".
