From inspiration and design through to implementation and completion, Susan, Amy, Barbara and all the building team were absolutely first class. The project involved gutting and renovating our main bedroom, main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Moodboards showed us what could be achieved, challenged our thoughts and expanded significantly our imagination as to how the rooms might look. The options were accurately costed, with alternatives provided should the cost be beyond our budget. Plans were drawn, discussed and agreed for the layout and decor. High quality products and materials were recommended and supplied. The design team then arranged for excellent builders and tradesmen with whom they had worked for many years to carry out the work. Derek and Greg and their team were diligent, reliable, and their work was highly professional. They took great pride in what they were doing. Lisa gave us some great ideas on curtain material and style. Any issues (there are always some) were sorted out by Amy and Susan swiftly and successfully and taken off our hands completely - it was pretty well worry-free for us. They were accessible at all times. They finished on time and within budget, leaving us extremely pleased with the outcome and how it had been achieved. They were all a delight to work with. Had a wonderful evening making a Christmas wreath at Susan Clark's shop on Westcombe Park, run by local florist Clare Oliver. We were looked after beautifully and the shop is a treasure trove of gorgeous things. Will be back!
