We used Build & Create to renovate the ground floor of our house, after a recommendation from a neighbour. From the start, we found Clinton to be professional and friendly. He was open and transparent about the costs when providing a quote, and throughout the job if we asked for extras. The team were extremely hard-working and efficient, often working weekends to make up time if required. Throughout the job, Clinton managed the project diligently, and was always contactable, keeping us updated on progress and consulting us on any decisions, and was happy to provide advice and recommendations when we asked. It made the whole process a lot less stressful than it couldve been. In the end the job was completed to budget, and impressively within the planned timescale, despite various problems with deliveries and materials, which were out of their control. Most importantly, we were extremely happy with the quality of work they did. Any little snags that we did find they were happy to come back and fix afterwards. We couldnt be happier with the work that Build & Create did and the manner with which they conducted it. We have been passing on the recommendation to all our other neighbours! Clinton and team were a joy to work with, involving us at every stage of our loft conversion and getting the maximum space, finished to the high standard this company sets for itself. I have no doubt that the build quality will mean that we don't have the headache of leaks, poor finishing etc that my friends have experienced with loft companies.
