Jill, Matthew, Carol and the team at Blackheath Funeral Service are exceptional. From start to finish, the care and professional support they offered to us was excellent; putting our hearts and minds at ease and allowing us to create a funeral for our Mum that was truly beautiful. They handled the many details involved with respect, understanding and compassion and clearly know how to help families navigate what is often a difficult and sad day.

I just had used this service recently and I am really satisfied and impressed by their professional service. They listen to clients requests and answer enquiries with care. But I was impressed by their very swift response in every step of their service. Whenever I have new questions for details, they will check it in one hour and will give me their findings. Also, they provide mobile phone so that I can contact in case of emergency and I did contact them on Saturday and the staff particularly went to office to provide service. Even if they didn't receive my phone call, they will always give a call back, on Saturday when it is not office hour. I would like to say thank you to Carol and Donna. They are very professional from the very start to the end including all paperwork that I need.
