Personally if you carry on the way you are going I will be very surprised if you retain any of your loyal customers. I for one will not be using you anymore!

My mum is 77 years old and booked a short trip today. She did exactly the above and the driver, while arguing with someone over the phone about building work said he wouldn't take card because he "wasn't sure" the card machine is working. So he actually made her get out on her own and get cash.
This has happened to my once or twice in the past and is one of two reasons why I don't use them anymore myself.
The second reason is because I arranged a festival drop off and pick up for four people in 2022.
After the office operative specifically telling me I'd need a larger vehicle they still sent a tiny card, wasting our time and theirs. On the way back they sent another car too small... At this point we were over a hour and a half from home with extremely sketchy phone signal. Lucky we had less to bring back than what we took but the driver seemed happy for us to all be stuffed in the car with poles and god knows what else poking out.
I mean... I get it. If you don't want to take card then let people know before they book. It's not the customers fault your driver's do t like it but they sure like to make it known.
