First time ordering from here and wont be ordering again. Ive ate from their other shop in Coventry so I know what its supposed to taste and look like. It seemed like because it was close to closing time it was rushed. The waffle looked and tasted horrendous. As it was closed so I couldnt complain there was an email to contact if you cant get in touch. I sent them an email and they stated I needed to call the shop. Why have an email address to assist when the shop is closed to then be directed back to calling the shop. It was to the point where I just wanted a refund so I didnt have to be in contact again. I had reviewed using the wrong account previously hence reposting. The owner responded but was not able to see full response as it was no longer available. It was not the wrong shop. I have an email confirming my order including order ID.

In my experience of desert shops this was overall not good. Yes the quality for the cookie dough was good but for the price not good value for money. A regular was what I would expect for small. The service was simply awful. 45 mins the delivery would be so we were told. An hour and 45 minutes later (thats being generous it was nearly 2 hours) it turns up. Give the driver his money he then just stand there looking at me bear in mind I was owed over 5 change. He then said sorry I cant hear well and give me the change after I had to ask for my own change back. I could half understand if it was a bit of change but over a fiver is just taking the Micky.

AMAZING cookie dough! I had a small but it was the perfect amount. Comes with ice cream too! Service was excellent and the store was immaculate. Highly recommended!!
