        Food was not freshly cooked from warmers. Bad communication between staff and customers. Dirty ashtrays wally up by the counter.

        Lovely breakfast and excellent service. Great neat and tidy cafe with a friendly atmosphere.

        Food is awful here, I know the cost of living has raised but good God the quality of the food is awful! I literally had to mop the grease up with a napkin. The cups looked like they could use a good scrub as there was a build up of nasty ness inside.I ordered drinks and the cups where grotty, didn't even touch it, there was bits of food floating around the top. They handles where glued on. The service was ok.Atmosphere was ok no problems there, everything is very cheap and would invest a little into your company.

        Just had one of the best Sausage,Bacon and egg sandwiches ever and I've tried many the COFFEE TREE in Blackheath highly recommended will definitely go there again
