Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Blackheath

Excellent,very professional and offer a very good service. The assessment was carried out and the optometrist who was really informative and friendly. Picking glasses is usually difficult, but the assistant picked several frames until I felt comfortable with my choice following her opinion on what suited me. All in all without fault.

I visited this store today from start to finish great service professional friendly and helpful staff, I would highly recommend this store and it's staff. Donia is a great example of a member of staff warm welcoming professional friendly thanks for all your help.

On 19/04/23, I rescheduled an ear test with a member of staff in store for the following Saturday. I arrived on Saturday, to be told there was no booking and the audiologist does not work on Saturdays. The supervisor on duty apologised for the confusion; I was assured a member of staff would be in touch to reschedule a future appointment. Its 27/04/23 and I am yet to receive a call from this store. I understand staff members can make errors, however I would expect this to be rectified due to the fact my time was wasted on the previous Saturday. I am extremely disappointed and expected better from this store.
