        The only thing that sets things apart in bookies now is customer service. Blackheath william hill is great And the staff here are super. Very chatty and great banter

        Definitely had a better experience than the other betting shop across the road. Felt a lot more welcoming and appreciated here. At least they serve me with a smile. Definitely would recommend William Hill over Betfred across the road.

        Out of all the bookies in Blackheath, this is the one that has the friendliest staff, they always greet you as you walk in and are very welcoming, you can have free hot and cold drinks,Very helpful as well. Full marks from me.

        Worst experience ever especially the manager is really bossy and rude i asked her to help me but she gave me excuses and said doesnt know anything about it i wonder how come shes a manager because william hills gotta good name and reputation and mostly their staff members are professional but in this store shockingly the manager is rude , unprofessional and unhelpful !!!!!! William hills if your reading this please look for another manager because this one is really rude and thinks shes a boss !!!!!!!! And just to clarify She wears glasses and a bit too healthy lol please kick her out or you will lose customers tbh its madd that a manager is like that who is suppose to control other staff members !!!!!! REALLY REALLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
