        So I had 2 tyres done after being given a price I was happy with. The work was carried out professionally by the fitter, I feel he did a great job. The problem came when I went to pay. When the guy was putting the payment through over the phone (non working card machine) I hear him clarify the total of more than twice what I was quoted. I confronted him, and he proceeded to tell me the quote was for 1 tyre, even through I made it clear I was having 2 done. He said It was my mistake, not his. I work within the car trade, and my local tyre shops quoted me 80 for 2 new tyres, where these guys ended up charging me 160 for 2. I agreed to 80, not 80 each And to be told this after everything was done is a shambles. Make sure they clarify the price properly so you don't fall for this tactic. Lucky I have internet access and I could transfer funds to my card, what would have happened if I only had cash, and only the 80 I was quoted?
