As a beginner to playing guitar, I'd bought a guitar online (as you do) and the strings were so high I could hardly press them down. I spoke to Dameon at Rockstarguitar who was so friendly, knowledgable and he put me at ease straight away. He did a setup for me within a day or two and the guitar is brilliant! What a great bloke, he didn't make me feel like an idiot for buying online and he was a proper gentlemen. In fact, as a beginner, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now that I've found Rockstarguitar! I thoroughly recommend you go to Dameon.
