The wrong tap (TM186) was sent and the tap I wanted (TM188) and paid for was not available from their trusted suppliers. So why advertise it on the web site? Took three days to even a arrange pick up and of course still waiting for a refund.

I have ordered a All Bathroom accessories from Plumbing World last year 2022 and I am very much disappointed with the products. The quality of the product and the material is very poor. It is not as per my expectation. The accessories are too heavy and it is own weight affects the fixing especially on Gypsum board! This is not the first time I am buying bathroom accessories. Though it never happened to me, I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time.

Not surprised at all after reading other reviews. Awful customer service, accuse you not at home to receive the item but then realise they didnt have the item in stock. 10% handling fee for cancelling an item is disgraceful consider each item is over 1000.

Ordered a boiler and paid for express delivery 2-4 working days and the item took 2 months to come and they dont bother to update you, better save your money somewhere else.
