Absolute lifesavers! Cant praise these guys enough! Our washing machine broke down a few days ago. Tried to get it repaired by the Washer Centre. The owner came around, wiggled the drum a bit, said it needs replacing and charged us a 30 call out fee ( even though we live 0.9 miles away from the shop). Not bad for bad a 2 minute job. So furious! I probably paid for his Chinese takeaway. Talk about getting rinsed. I was about to buy one from Argos but, luckily, I looked around online and found the Blackheath Home Appliance. Steve, the owner, is a fair, friendly and honest man - very knowledgeable too. We got this machine at a bargain price and had the machine delivered, fitted and the old one taken away ( super speedy service too!). The washing machine is in perfect working order and its quiet too. Really impressed! I wish Id gone to the Blackheath Home Appliance shop first, but theyll definitely be my first port of call next time. Thank you so much You saved us a fortune and Ill definitely recommend you to friends / family

Absolutely amazing service! Just purchased an electric cooker the guys were so helpful! Brilliant price for delivery and fitting! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will use them again!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Phoned up and fitted me in came out straight away and sorted out my washing machine which was blocked up. Washing machine is working brilliant

Highly Recommended Replaced the element in my 15 year old Belling oven today. I found Steven to be quick and efficient. He even replaced the light bulb in the oven. Very competitive price and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.
