One or two carer's are excellent, caring, respectful and professional,however many others lack "carer skills"and leave a lot to be desired... training in customer care is needed or go work in a supermarket check out!!!! Fill in so called "supervisor's" are poorly trained and manager's are just as bad,,they struggle in staff rota systems,and have no control over their staff...poor customer communication causes distress to clients......the whole system needs a good kick up the pants...and that means starting at the "top",,,,,,, consider other carer companies before choosing Alternative care.,there are many other carer companies offering better service... if you respect your love ones choose very carefully....(or you may come to regret it).........

Lovely carers, very accommodating company to deal with. High standards and covid cautious which is very reassuring. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for elderly care when you require daily visits. Thanks everyone!
