Sandwell Local, Rowley Regis

Didn't know about this office until I contacted head office about an incident where I was made to feel like I have no right applying for a council property by a male member of staff in the Oldbury office. I went into this office and It was a small Asian lady with glasses on reception who helped me. She was lovely & very helpful. Thank you lady for making an already stressful situation easier. Oldbury staff need retraining & need to read their equality and human rights policies!

Googled time of closure 5pm. Got there at 4.30. More chance of getting a smile from the grim reaper than staff. Lights on in cashiers serving hatches. Told after 5 minutes cashiers gone home. Not happy

Considering this is the council they should really have staff working there who know what there doing. Waited 50 minutes to pay council and water bills only to be told you can't pay water bills there anymore and to pay it at the post office. After going to the post office they told me they don't accept water rates. Only rated this place 1 star because you can't give a zero. Terrible service.
