Im on my partners account my name is Kelsey I wouldnt recommend this dentist they have just bodged my mouth put metal plate bottom mouth then removed tooth next to wisdom tooth been in pain they couldnt care less unless your private with them

I am writing this review on behalf of Mrs Dawn Coy who Went along this morning 21/04/23 for my annual check up. On arrival the receptionists were very polite and friendly which helps as i am like a cat on a hot tin roof with my nerves. Got called in to see the dentist named Lucky who puts me at ease and reassures me with the way he talks to his patients and calms me down which is no mean task in my case, in fact all the staff I've come across at this dental practice in blackheath Rowley Regis are really polite and helpful and i would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to anyone

Cant get in for over a month for an abscess . Are you meant to book in advance incase your tooth hurts?

Called to ask if could book a check up appointment. Receptionist (Rebecca) said no cannot book an appointment and I am no longer a patient of theirs. Was not happy with the abrupt tone and complete lack of explanation. I used to get free dental treatment but no longer am entitled so was interested to enquire about costs and option to go private but was cut off quite dismissively. Will not be attempting to use this Practice again.
