I tried to give perfectly good furniture to them. Yes, it was old but good quality and in good condition. They were interested in furniture that I had in the same room which will become available in the near future. Sorry Mary Stevens that is going elsewhere. A friend of mine also found they wanted to cherry pick furniture on her grandmothers house clearance. In that case it was all or nothing. They need to remember they are a CHARITY and shouldnt be so choosey....I have given loads to them over the last four months but I will not be donating to them in the future! Remember donations are money however much....your loss, Sue Ryders gain!
