Always friendly, accommodating staff there to help... they're very knowledgeable on the use of each sunbed (be it a stand-up or lie down) & which lotion is best to use (for different skin types & whether you want a moisturising or tingling type). Sun beds are always very clean. Plus, theres an Antibacterial spray bottle & kitchen roll to use in the room yourself (for an added sureity of barriers to prevent Covid viruses, etc); I use the spray before I begin to use the sunbed & afterwards.
