Cashier's are no longer open, and will be closing all together next week (21st April) Ridiculous that they are closing. Barclays have no local bank.

Just got back from this bank, place was full of people with very little staff. The one and only counter was closed, I asked when it would be open and was told the counter is for business transactions only, before I had chance to say I needed to pay in change the staff member had walked off. I found another member of staff and asked how was I supposed to pay the bill that contained change and was told at the counter, I also asked if I could draw out change and was told yes. Eventually I got to the counter and paid the bill, I then asked to draw out the cash including the change, I was told I would have to draw out the money at the machine, then come back to the counter to have it changed into change! This done I was told the bank had the pound coins I wanted but didn't have the 5 in 20ps. How can a bank not have 5 worth of 20ps. They really need to remove their boards saying they are here to help.
