I have been seeing Sal since I was about 8 and Im now 20. Sal is the loveliest person, and has the most amazing energy. I always look forward to seeing her and my hour with her, as I always leave the tranquility of her treatment room feeling 10x better than when I went in. Seeing her as Ive grown up has made me feel so comfortable in just being me and I know that its because of her that Ive become so in tune with myself, and able to manage the problems that have come my way. She always helps me deal with things in a way that doesnt compromise my sense of self and is always, always full of reassuring words. I feel so lucky to have met Sal, and to have her in my life. Id recommend her to everyone!!

After completing my own 200hrs YTT, I actually began to lose my passion and faith for the yoga industry. I hadn't stepped on my mat properly until I visited Sal's class yesterday. (I was recommended by a friend to go) over the past month since my YTT I was resisting my mat. But thankfully to Sal, she has bought back my spark that was beginning to disintegrate. The whole time from when I walked in the hall, to meeting Sal, to my mat, to during my class, until the very end of walking out, I felt so welcomed and at home. Sal brings herself to the class, she's true, authentic, has a little giggle (which I love), brings the earth to the class and incorporates a healthy dose of her knowledge to the class, sharing what she knows through out. Gifting little prompts to the class to take note of how their bodies are feeling and what can be experienced. Thank you lovely lady, I can't wait to see you in 2020.

Ive been going Sal for over 2 years and cant recommend her highly enough. Sal is a brilliant Bowen therapist whos helped me immensely. She is passionate about helping people and uses her skills exceptionally well to deliver results.

Sal is a knowledgeable and compassionate therapist whose practice is substantially enhanced by her considerable intuitive skills. Appointments are always productive but they are also served up with a very welcome side dish of humour and common sense. Unreservedly recommended.

Sal is the most amazing therapist and healer and works from a beautiful, peaceful place. It is such a comfort to know that whatever issue Im facing- physical or emotional- I am not only going to leave her treatment room feeling so much better, but am going to have the tools to go away and help myself too, taking responsibility for my own healing journey. Sal is so knowledgeable and also works intuitively, getting right to the root of the problem. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
