Beau Honey Hypnotherapy

It was suggested by my dentist to go and have some sessions with Beau as I have a real Fear of dentists. I had 8 sessions and OMG miracles have literally happened in all aspects of my life. I now have self Belief. Yesterday I had a 2 hour procedure at the dentist and I was calm, had hardly any pain, was relaxed and was my best experience by a mile. I imagine like many people I was sceptical of hypnotherapy at first, but I couldn't of been more wrong. I was suffering with anxiety and depression when I went to see Beau and through his amazing work and explanations of concepts and theories he helped me understand why I might be feeling like this. He helped me realise that we all have the tools to cope with any situation but sometimes people just need a bit of help finding them, but once you do there really are endless possibilities of what you can achieve. I couldn't recommend Beau enough.

I have suffered from migraine and neck tension for years. The frequency of the pain was starting to affect my life. I had 10 sessions with Beau and I feel much better and more relaxed. Beau is an amazing hypnotherapist and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him to anyone who suffers from the same problems.

Beau has been absolutely incredible at helping my husband who has suffered with anxiety and depression for over 2 years. I found Beau on Facebook and after my husband having 2 6 week sessions of CBT we found something that finally worked. The sessions were great even on zoom and 8 sessions later we feel like we have a new husband/dad in our house.
