I can heartily recommend Brockwell Associates - we had a full building survey done and the report was of high quality, with good communication and fast turnaround, at a competitive price. The surveyor was unable to see the drains on his first visit and went back a second time free of charge rather than just leaving it out as some might have done. A great experience.

Very pleased with the surveyor pack and also the follow-up's on our Haslemere property purchase. We found a lot of 'national' surveyors as we didn't know the area, but found Steve and wanted both the local knowledge and the experience. Ours was a big property and report was both thorough and at fair value - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend Steven Brockwell. He did an outstanding job. The survey was efficiently booked in for a couple of days after I phoned. The report arrived quickly, was easy to read and I found the recommendations very helpful. On the initial visit an item of furniture was blocking access to part of the roof and when he returned the second time he was happy for me to accompany him to explain the roof issue he'd found (as I have no idea about roofs!). He even sent annotated photos of the roof. Steven is very pleasant, helpful and professional. I was very happy with the whole experience.
