        Rude member of staff not interested in customer service was annoyed that we were sending parcels and especially as its a post office it would seem as tho they can't be bothered and I was a hinderance. Will take my custom else where in the future. Never had such poor customer service.

        I took four parcels in today the young lady who served me went out her way to make sure I was saving money on sending my packages. I forgot to pay for some tape which I went back and paid for and she was so greatful. Great service very polite and helpful throughout. Thank you :)

        By far the best service I've received in a post office by a mile,,, other outlets should look and learn,,, went to renew our driving licence,, machine had some issues so the young polite gentleman took our details and told us that he would contact us once problem sorted, which he did,, very efficient and both the young gentleman and the young lady were exceptionally helpful,
