        Excellent customer service! I was unable to print label for my DPD parcel and was getting very stressed however; John spent ages helping me forward email from my phone to his computer and then print label and seal package. It wasn't straight forward but he never complained and kept smiling. A true gent with proper, old fashioned service with a smile. Huge thank you John:-)
