Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alex, really impressed with the service I have had from ALN. I was put in touch with them through a group work insurance for emergency cover (broken boiler) so had no prior knowledge of the company but Im so grateful to have found them! Alex was so friendly and helpful, explained everything and even worked around me having to duck out from work. He went above and beyond to get my hot water back on and didnt just forget about the job once he left; hes followed up to make sure the problem is resolved. I will now make sure I use Alex for any electrical issues; efficient, honest, reliable service at a very fair price. Thank you!

Alex came to fit a replacement consumer unit for us last week, he was thoroughly professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Alex was always courteous and polite and clearly knew what he was doing. I always felt that we were getting good value for money and not once did he try and 'hard sell' his services. He was always very clear as to what needed doing because it was potentially unsafe and what we may want to do and the reasons we may wish to consider doing it. Alex was also very clean and tidy and considerate of our house cat. Will be using him again in future and have no hesitation recommending him to friends and family.
