I was looking for strength training sessions to build muscle strength and mass, without 'bodybuilding'. Geraldine's sessions are just what I was looking for! Having 1-2-1 sessions makes me more accountable (no skipping off the gym because nobody will notice) besides which I don't need to talk myself into going to our sessions because they are full of variety and they make me feel good. The routines vary every time and they are designed to take into account any physical issues I may have. Geraldine encourages without pushing too hard and suggests other ways to achieve the same muscle-group workout if it feels like too much. The best thing is, you CAN have gain without loads of pain and feel motivated to go back: I have always been able to move comfortably the next day and for the first time in my life, I look forward to exercising

My husband and I have PT sessions with Geraldine and could not recommend her high enough. She has a well-equipped studio, her classes are fun, effective and we've noticed an improvement in our fitness levels. She takes into account the individuals' fitness levels while keeping you motivated and engaged.

Highly highly recommend Geraldine. Started following her workouts during lockdown when she was doing her daily live workouts for free and also uploading them so that people could do them in their own time. Every session is different with a lot of variety to cover all areas and Geraldine provides good alternative options if you are recovering or have issues with areas such as knees, etc. She has got me through lockdown and really helped my mental health whilst working for home and spending most of the day on my own. I am still doing her workouts now as I am one of her Patrons on Patreon where she runs two 40 minute sessions a week at 7:30am but you can watch them back on replay which is great when life sometimes gets in the way. It is really really good value for money. You wont regret using Geraldine as a PT or signing up as a Patron - trust me!

I have been working with Geraldine for weekly 1-2-1 personal training sessions and have seen improvements in my fitness levels as a result. Geraldine provides an enjoyable fitness regime and her passion for fitness is infectious. Her sessions are varied and she uses different tools such as weights, steps, balance boards etc to add variety. Geraldine has a knack of making clients feel at ease and she is happy to offer advice too. I highly recommend Geraldine as a personal trainer.

Geraldine is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and yet effective trainers I've met - she gets you to work out and sweat every time but you're never miserable while doing it! She also tailors her sessions and is an excellent mental health advocate. Really glad I signed up for training here and can see the effect on my overall strength and health already!
