Dr M Ignatescu - Blackfen Road Surgery

Terrible and disappointing place. Ignoring people's health and neglecting them duties. From doctors to receptionist there is nobody who actually wants to help and heal patients. My father has wound on his back far last now two years and doctor said it is ok, now we back from hospital ( where he was treated for serious health issues) and called gp to ask for help as he doesn't feel strong and wounds again not healing, they done nothing and even laugh on the phone and cut the line. Sadly we have doctors like that and we waste money to pay them salaries.

Terrible place and terrible doctors as well as receptionist, appointment on phone and them solution if we not happy call 111. ( doctor cut the phone with no advice) Back to stone age I think people got better health care.

Worst place to go for help, better to google how because in this place you will not get any help but you will be bullied and laughed at. Disappointing how we wasting nhs money and that this place calls themselves Surgery. Shame!

If you have option don't come here, anyway no one will help you. I have not healing wound on my back for couple of years and doctors opinion it if fine as it is small one.
