It's impressive how the receptionist sees you in pain and tells you to come back at 2:30 p.m., or call at 2:00 p.m., take paracetamol, it's always a lousy service, they don't help you at all. They should improve on absolutely all aspects of the center, since it is a medical center.

Since COVID I have found the new system of a call back so much better. I always get a call back the same day and get medication prescribed over the phone and sent to the local chemist or seen the same day. Much prefer this system as before it could take a while to get seen. The receptionists now are always very friendly and happy I know before I had a few issues but that lady I believe has since left. The doctors have been great and the nurse is extremely good with any issue and is fabulous with my children. Im happy as a patient here.

I think the call back policy should be changed to call back twice. I am sick in bed and due to my health issue, by the time I had turned to reach for my phone my call, I missed the call. I called the surgery who politely put a note on my file but couldnt assure a recall. The process that you go through to get a telephone appointment is stressful enough, but when you are ill and needing urgent help, it seems ridiculous to ring once! I also work in the public sector and just out of common courtesy, If my call is missed, I try again! I can appreciate that people do not have the phones attached to them or that maybe the very reason they have called for an emergency call back has made their reactions slower. This is such a stressful process to go through while already sick.
