        Having heard of senior carers lacking in empathy in the past. As well as a complete lack of support for outstanding disabled staff, this does not fill me with any reassurance to work for Helen Leys / utilise their services.

        I have taken respite breaks at many care facilities, and Helen Ley is the best by far The dedicated staff and the support they offer is second to none and families can be assured that their family members will be looked after The UK needs many more centres like this to accommodate the needs of those with neurological disorders
