I contacted them last year for a quote so i could have an idea for when i remortgaged. Communication was great and quote provided quickly and with no 'hard sell'. When i made contact a few months later i was remembered and the official measure was booked in quickly and done when they said. It was a full house, with roofline, and conservatory so not a small job. They were rained on on day one. But no complaining, always smiling, great job and tidy up. They kept in touch while some fixes were needed to faulty parts (which was not their fault and that they pointed out) and then quickly sorted them when the repacements arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. always answered calls or emails, polite and friendly. Even the neighbours commented how great they were. I absolutely love my new windows and doors.
