Shocking service we do not review other companies but I have never been treated in such a despicable manor by another business. We have been lied to again and again about when an engineer was due to come and fix our machine. We have spent 18000 with this company over the years and will not be using them in future. Joanne Todd was supposed to call me within twenty four hours and 48 hours later Im still waiting for her to grace my mobile with a call. If you cant get a part tell me. Do not lie and give false promises I HATE BEING LIED TO
