The whole process was simple. I'd done my normal search on ebay/autotrader and one of Steven's cars came up that piqued our interest. Was going to go and see it in Preston but watched the video, spoke briefly to Steven and decided to buy there and then. Steven reassured me about the car and that buying without seeing was covered by a 14 day money back distance selling guarantee. I've obviously not met Steven in person but i can imagine he's well groomed, honest as they come and runs a fine business. Would recommend definitely!!

Steven at Drivewise cars made buying a car so easy and stress free! I was dreading the search for a new car, but upon visiting drivewise cars, I saw the mini countryman I had been looking at online and Steven answered every question I had and more. He is literally a fountain of knowledge about cars! He kindly came out on a test drive with me and took me step by step through everything and how to best drive the car as I was used to a petrol car and this mini was a diesel. Driving a car as nice as this mini was incredibly daunting, but Steven put me at ease and calmed my nerves. When I came to pick up the car, Steven made the whole process so easy and again explained the car and all the spec and buttons to me, which was incredibly appreciated because Im clueless with cars! But I absolutely love my mini, I didnt think I would get such a good car within my budget but it was spotless, it ticks every box and I actually like driving now! I couldnt recommend Steven enough, he went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect for me and that I knew everything I needed to know about it before driving away. The flowers he gave me were just the icing on top of the cake for an amazing experience with a genuine man. *****100% recommend! *****

Great experience buying a car here from start to finish. Steven is very laid back, and genuinely loves minis. He was happy to talk through features, in terms of what I was interested in. Overall, great customer experience. Once I purchased a car, he was happy to talk me through setting up more technological features, I also got new car mats and a bouquet of flowers on the day. Couldn't be happier with my new car.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Absolutely would recommend. Steven was so personable and patient. And unlike alot of dealerships wasn't at all a pushy salesman. If you want a used mini go here-you won't be disappointed. Plus a lovely bouquet of flowers upon collection of car was a lovely surprise too.
