Went to book a taxi in the office that was thick with cigarette smoke. The man didn't really acknowledge me. Told him I needed transport for 6 people and gave him a list with pick-up addresses and all the details. He threw it on the desk and said he'd sort it later. I asked him to ring me with confirmation and he said he would after 2. Of course he didn't so i rang the day after and spoke to a lady who told me it hadn't been booked so I had to go through it with her. Taxi came on time for both pick-up and return journeys. It looked like a normal car and 2 of our group were crushed into a seat behind the back seats. If they had been fat they would never have got in. An unpleasant journey for them all the way to Bolton and back. Won't use them again.
