Candidates prepare CV and resume, then fill out a number of online job forms, later they are called by the agency to again fill out the forms. Is this reasonable? The forms only limit the recruiters liability that they gave so and so training. The forms don't identify who the hiring manager is, what would be the pay day, and usually it's just the national minimum wage. Further they make you sign that they can take money from your account giving a reason that if you are paid extra they will claim that money! Are you serious and are the machines ever going to pay extra? Please stop this nonsense and modern slavery. Also be fair and open in your dealing.
