        Phil Heaton carried out a full survey on residential properties for me and I found him to be helpful and thorough. We went through the properties together and he explained everything in detail pointing out the repairs needed and the approximate value for the repairs. I would happily recommend him and his firm to anyone who required the type of work his firm deals with.
